The brain behind the Moonpod is Galaxy Relaxation LLC. A BBB business filing reveals the vendor is located at 7 Lispenard St, Unit 2, New York, NY 10013. A Google Maps search doesn’t connect the address to Galaxy Relations. Unit 1 is connected to the former J Spa Tribeca, according to Facebook. The unit is now abandoned. Unit 2 is an apartment, according to Realtor.com. There is no evidence to determine if the apartment is empty or occupied.

Summary – Moonpod Scam

Is Moonpod a scam? Is Galaxy Relaxation a scam? There is no evidence of a scam. However, there may be enough evidence to safely say Galaxy Relaxation is not based in the United States. The address on the BBB filing is a residential property, above a permanently closed nail salon. This could explain why the website does not have an About Us page or provide consumers with a legitimate address or phone number.

It is important to note, media companies do not conduct research on brands before selling them a commercial spot. Galaxy Relaxation is raking in nearly $1K for a $40-bean bag available at Alibaba and AliExpress.

If the manufacturer is not located in the United States, it is likely an Alibaba dropshipper. If anyone has the return address, please feel free to share it. It is likely a shipping fulfillment center, which is common practice among dropshippers.

We recommend conducting a product comparison of TV-advertised products with Alibaba and AliExpress products before purchase.
