Is Cotosen a scam? The vendor claims to be associated with Aober UK, a private limited company in the UK. However, there is no evidence to back up these claims. The high volume of Trustpilot complaints, regarding poor quality, wrong product description, and small-to-size attire is evidence definitely draws a red flag.
The Cotosen collection is available at AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. The poor quality, size issues, and AliExpress look-a-likes point to dropshipper. One of the complaints eluded to as much when the author claimed the vendor was based in China.
It is highly likely the vendor is a dropshipper. It does appear, the vendor is processing all orders. The problem, the items are low-quality and one or two sizes too small, according to the Trustpilot complaints.
Remember, if you purchase from an Alibaba or AliExpress dropshipper, you are going to be stuck with your order because there is no return option. Unless the vendor is utilizing a virtual mailbox, there will be no return address. This is not to mention, International shipping is very expensive. In fact, it could be possible that the return International shipping would cost more than the total of your order.
