Try It Free

Many will be eager to take advantage of Heal-n-Soothe for two reasons. First and foremost, they’re eager to dull their pain and end their suffering. Second, the website claims that you can try the product for free. The only problem here is that many will not read the fine details so they’ll sign up for something they don’t want.

When signing up for the free bottle offer, you’ll be charged shipping and handling only. This would cost $9.95 for Americans and $19.95 for international customers. Do nothing and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the SmartShip program.

After 30 days, you’ll receive another bottle of Heal-n-Soothe for $49.95 plus tax. You’ll get free shipping this time. Sadly, a lot of consumers will not read the fine print so they’ll end up getting ticked off when they are charged over 50 bucks and receive another bottle.

What happens if the company offers poor customer services and makes it nearly impossible to escape the SmartShip program? Unfortunately, such programs are more common than most consumers may suspect.

BBB Complaints

Heal-n-Soothe has received 93 BBB complaints in the last 3 years and 45 in the last 12 months. Furthermore, BBB has found a pattern of complaints regarding unauthorized charges for free trial offers. Heal-n-Soothe or The Healthy Back Institute has a problem and this is clear by looking at its BBB page.

BBB users complain that the site has charged them for items they never received. Even when they canceled the order, they were charged. One customer complains that there is no way to contact the company and that their purchase should’ve been canceled over a year ago.

After getting COVID and being in and out of the hospital, this individual finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 9/23/2020. At the very least, this got the company’s attention and they finally responded to the customer. Another customer complains that their bank account is charged $54.55 every month for something they did not receive and they signed on for nothing.

There is no way for the customer to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, this is a common problem. When customers accept the free bottle offer, they’re enrolled in the SmartShip program, and they have no way to unsubscribe.

Instead, their credit card is charged for more than 50 bucks each month. The only possible solution to the problem is filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Should You Purchase Heal N Soothe?

It is difficult to recommend Heal N Soothe since the site’s free bottle trial is so shady. Consumers have to be careful. It is pertinent to read the fine print when signing up for something that sounds too good to be true. It doesn’t help that Living Well the other names it uses have received so many complaints on the website of the Better Business Bureau.

We recommend staying away from these products. If you intend to use them, you should understand that you risk signing up for something that you cannot escape and you might be charged 50 bucks or more every month.

  1. I am trying to get out of this contract! Guess I will have to go to better business bureau for help. Calling my bank too.

  2. I CALLED 800 2481068 AND THEY STOPPED ANY REPEAT ORDERS AND SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT ME FOR RETURNED UNOPENED BOTTLES

    1. These are not legitimate companies, just a network of scam artists. Do not hesitate to contact your credit card company or PayPal to stop further withdrawals from your account. Good Luck!
