Grant posted a review 4 days ago, claiming to have received a shirt, in place of a $79 carport. Hilymall denied the customer’s refund request.
Murphy claimed to have received a cheap leather wallet, in place of outdoor furniture. K. Mueller claimed to have received arm sleeves, not a utility shed. All of the reviews make similar accusations, receiving cheap items, in place of ordered items.

Shipping Policy
It is important to note, Hilymall does not offer return shipping. If you receive an item that is not as described by the vendor, you can ship it back at your own expense. Even more concerning, the return must be shipped back to China.
Afterword – Hilymall Scam
Is Hilymall a scam? There is no valid evidence to validate Hilymall a scam. However, the heavily discounted prices for Barbara Modern and Baxton Studio furniture are a major red flag. It is impossible for a vendor to sell name-brand products so heavily discounted and make a profit.
The Trustpilot customer reviews are also red flags. Most of the customers claimed to have purchased furniture and received low-quality products instead.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to China. If you receive an item not as described, you will be required to pay for the return shipping. This is not to mention, there is no guarantee the merchant will refund your money if you decide to return your purchase.
If you receive an item, other than what you purchased, file a PayPal claim “item not as described”. This will provide you with the opportunity to make the merchant responsible for the return shipping and refund. PayPal will at least consider your refund request if you go this route. Otherwise, your investment will be flushed down the toilet.
