Trustpilot Customer Complaints
A complaint filed with Trustpilot on March 13, 2021, claims Voncleir refused to cancel an order saying it had already shipped, but no tracking number was provided a week later. Another Trustpilot complaint claimed Voncleir failed to ship order three months down the road.
A Trustpilot complaint posted on September 3, 2020, claimed Voncleir dropships from AliExpress. Another complaint alleged Voncleir shipped to the wrong address.
The Voncleir collection is not unique. For example, the Mariah Bikini is available on AliExpress. The Voncleir price is $55.00 while the AliExpress price is $11.69.
Some of the items are also sold on Aliexpress. The Voncleir Backpack is just one example. The Voncleir price is $100 while the AliExpress price is $5.82.
Afterword – Voncleir Scam
Is Voncleir a scam? There is not enough available evidence to make this determination. However, there are several red flags that make the site a little fishy. The first red flag is the missing physical address and phone number. A legitimate company would post this information on the Contact Us page.
Another red flag is the AliExpress look-a-likes. It is highly likely the vendor dropships from AliExpress and maybe Alibaba.
The website utilizes the very familiar recent sales popup plugin. A new sale pops up every few seconds on the screen, which everyone knows as being fake.
Voncleir’s extravagantly high prices compared to AliExpress is definitely a turnoff.
Last, but not least, the Trustpilot customer complaints should be enough evidence to make consumers say “no” to Voncleir.
