If Fahlo donated 10 percent of its earnings to charity in 2020, it would have had to profit over $3.5 million.

Fahlo Trustpilot Reviews

Fahlo has quite a collection of 1-star Trustpilot customer reviews similar to BBB. Customers claim their orders were never delivered. Like BBB, to access the 1-star reviews, you must sift through boatloads of 5-star reviews, which may or may not be legit. There are also boatloads of 1- and 2-star reviews that are overshadowed by the 5-star reviews.

Fahlo responded to a Trustpilot review, regarding a non-delivery. The vendor blamed the issue on a “tracking site crash.” Depending on the shipping service, USPS, UPS, and FedEx are up and running over 99 percent of the time.

The responses from Fahlo are unprofessionally written. What company addresses their customers with “hey”? We suggest reading through the Trustpilot and BBB customer reviews and complaints.

In several responses, Fahlo acknowledges its “hundreds” or “almost a thousand reviews” 5-star reviews. Many of the customers leaving 5-star ratings have a 1-review history.

North Carolina Business Search

A business search via the North Carolina Secretary of State did not validate Fahlo as a licensed company. Wildlife Collections LLC has a business filing with the State of North Carolina. The business filing does not mention a name change.

Afterword – Fahlo Bracelets Scam

Fahlo scam! Is Fahlo a scam? There is no evidence Fahlo is a scam. However, the vendor has a history of delivery and tracking issues. The large volume of 5-star Trustpilot ratings from customers with a 1-review history is questionable. It is not unusual for online vendors to try to cover up negative reviews in this manner. Unfortunately, there is no evidence to support these claims, but there is reason to be concerned.

There is no North Carolina business filing for Fahlo. A business search via the North Carolina Secretary of State did not validate Fahlo as a licensed company. We based our business search on the BBB business filing in Sanford, North Carolina. BBB needs to be more diligent in validating companies before giving them accreditation.

BBB accreditation is barely worth the paper its written on. The organization has been slammed by the federal government for not heeding its own rules. BBB rates more than a few businesses an A+, even though they have hundreds of unresolved customer complaints. Comcast and Amazon are just to name a few. Put money in BBB’s pocket and get full protection from poor customer reviews, complaints, and ratings.

The Fahlo Sea Turtle Journey Bracelet is nearly identical to several AliExpress affiliate brands. Is Fahlo an AliExpress dropshipper? If so, it is selling low-quality bracelets at a significant markup. If this is the case, Fahlo is buying $1.11-bracelets and selling them at drastically higher prices. This could explain the Selery Fulfillment service. AliExpress handles the shipping and Selery Fulfillment handles the returns. Again, there is no evidence to support these claims.

Wildlife Collections LLC may be a legit company. However, we recommend thorough research in advance.
